WARRANTY

Baker Trailers are warranted as follows:

Baker Trailers are guaranteed against defective workmanship and materials for ONE YEAR from date of purchase while the property of the original owner excluding paint, wood products, and tires and bearings. Galvanized trailers do not include galvanized axles, unless purchased specifically. Non-galvanized axles are not warranted for damage considered standard use.

The bearings are warranted for SIX MONTHS from date of purchase. The bearing manufacturer will replace any part found to be defective upon examination when such part is returned to manufacturer freight prepaid.

Baker Trailer defective parts or materials must be examined at the manufacturing plant in Springfield, Oregon, freight and transportation to be paid by the owner to and from the plant. Any repairs done by anyone other than Baker Trailers voids warranty. Warranty DOES NOT cover trailers that have been altered in any manner or damaged by accident, negligence or overloading. This warranty is not guarantee against rust, sandpits or gravel chips.

Warranty on tires is covered by the tire manufacturer. All adjustments must be made through their local representative.

The judgment of Baker Trailers is FINAL to the extent of liability.
